Registration Fee

Considering the unstable situation of COVID-19, ICBDSC will also accept the online presentation and video presentation, the final form of the conference will depend on the situation two months before the conference date. It is highly suggested to register with the price for online conference at first. Thanks for your understanding!

Notice
*Student rate is given to the author(s) of a paper whose first author and presenter are a student with requirement to show their student card(s).
*When a paper exceeds 10 pages, additional pages will be chargeable.
*Each paid registration covers only one paper; you can pay Extra Paper Charges for one more paper from the same first author who already has a paid registration.
*Accompanying person needs to register as audience to attend the conference.
*Please note that the paid registration fee cannot be refund if the participants cannot attend the conference due to their own reason.
*Onsite registration is only applicable to audience. In order to prepare materials for the onsite registrants in advance, please send us the filled registration form before January 25, 2025 regardless of the payment time.
*No fund can be allowed if you can't attend the conference because of personal reason.
*Registration and payment should be made through conference official channel which indicated in your acceptance letter, if you are not clear about it, please consult the conference secretary via email address or phone firstly. After your successful registration, organizing committee or conference secretary will not ask for your credit card information in any form for room reservation or tickets.Be careful when anyone asks for it.

Safety Notice
1. In order to keep our authors' property safety, every participant should wear personal name card during the conference.
2. Non-participants are not allowed to enter the conference without permission.
3, Please keep all your belongings at any time. The organizer of the conference and the staff onsite will not undertake any responsibility if you lost your personal effects.

Payment Receipt
When the registration confirmed, we will issue the official receipt of your payment, you will receive the hard copy receipt together with all conference materials at the conference spot.
* If you need the receipt before the conference date, we can send you the scanned verion or post you the hard copy (You need to cover the postage) 

Cancellation Policy
Every participant should finish the registration before he can attend the conference. If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason, they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrar, someone else of co-authors or from the same institute/organization.
We understand that things don’t always go as planned. If you request to cancel the registration due to your personal reason, please inform the conference secretary before the deadline. You are request to submit the reasonable proof to the conference secretary for application. The part of registration fee will be refunded to you after deducting the service charge including labor cost, proceeding fee and bank service, etc.  

Considering the failure to attend the conference or the withdrawal of the paper submission due to some reasonable factors, the relevant author must submit the proof to the conference secretary by email. If verified, the part of registration fee will be refunded after deducting the relevant handling fee.
Request before Oct. 1, 30USD handling fee
Request after Oct.1 but before Nov. 1, 10% of registration fee will be deducted
Request after Nov. 1 but before Dec. 1, 30% of registration fee will be deducted
Request after Dec. 1 but before Dec 25, 50% of registration fee will be deducted
Request after Dec 25 no refund will be allowed.

If your cancellation request belongs to the below situation, ICBDSC has the right to refund the part of registration fee or reject your application based on the real situation.
☞ Personal Reason
ICBDSC will follow the above time of cancellation to refund the part of registration fee after the applicant offered the abundant proof. If the applicant could not attend the conference is prevented by reason of circumstances which amount to “personal reason”, such as travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, financial default etc.
☞ Force Majeure
ICBDSC cannot accept responsibility, refund or pay any compensation where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to “force majeure”.
Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include the fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control.

☞ Conference Date and Place Statement
The organizer has the right to change the date and place of the conference under the reason of amount to “force majeure” circumstances. The participants of the conference are obliged to cooperate with the organizer's change and refund policy.
